I didn't think this was possible with a Titan rack. I was standing there completely stunned because it looked like I had every piece, in good shape, with all mounting hardware. I measured to make sure they sent the short version, and they did. I closely inspected the uprights and they looked perfectly straight and the finish was flawless. One contained the multi-grip pullup bar, and the other contained the (4) uprights, (4) weight holders, and (4) band pegs. The next day, I received (2) more packages, both in excellent condition. It didn't look like the actual pullup bars were rusted, but that they were shipped in the same container as something rusty and it rubbed off on them. The mounting tabs for the pullup bars both had a good amount of visible rust on them- I sprayed them down with CLP and used a little steel wool and it came right off. I measured the cross members to make sure they sent the 36" versions, and they did. I was surprised to see that all the welds looked good, none of the pieces were bent, and the finish was surprisingly good. It contained the cross members, hardware, safeties, j-cups, and pull up bars. The box was a little beat up but not bad. I received package #1 just (2) days after ordering. I'm sure it's just to save them money on shipping, but not having to schedule a freight delivery was a huge bonus to me. However, Titan breaks the rack up into (2) separate shipments to avoid this. Based on the shipping section of the website, the T-3 should ship via freight due to the weight. Something that Titan doesn't advertise is that the T-3 rack does NOT ship via freight, so you don't need to schedule delivery and take a day off work to wait on Fedex. I bought this fully expecting the order to get screwed up and I resigned myself to it probably taking a month to actually receive a full rack. However, they had a sale on the T-3 short 36" rack that was too good to pass up, so I bought it along with the multi-grip pull up bar. I've made (6) orders with Titan in the past and all have been perfect, but I knew that a power rack was a shipping nightmare. I read soooo many horrible reviews about Titan fitness, particularly with shipping, that I was afraid to order from them. Looking for a power rack, I was considering Titan, Rogue, Valor, Rep, or Fringe Sport. Finally got settled into our new home and I've been setting up the basement gym. I've had (3) power racks during this time a Rogue RML 390f, an Atlas rack, and the cheap Fitness Reality 810. We move a lot (often cross country), so I'm always selling and buying gear. I've had some form of home gym for the last 5ys.
